2017年7月30日，中国国际艺商联盟主创团队前往乌克兰洽谈中乌两国首部电影合作事宜。当地时间7月31日下午，CIABA一行团应邀抵达中国驻乌克兰大使馆，执行主席陈钰夫、常务副秘书长王棣、文娱事业部部长蔡兴麟、影视部总监兼导演马贤良等人受中国驻乌克兰大使杜伟，和丁总领事的亲切接待。会晤期间，杜伟大使表达了对中乌首部联合摄制电影的认可和重视，并表示大使馆会大力支持此部电影的拍摄。相信此次中乌电影合作将为中乌文化的推动起到贡献作用，也将令中乌的传统友谊焕发出新活力。

On Jul 30th 2017, the creative team of China International Art & Business Alliance (Hereinafter referred to as CIABA) went to Ukraine for the negotiation of the first film cooperation between the two countries. Local time on Jul 31st afternoon, CIABA delegation arrived at the Embassy of China in Ukraine on invitation. The Executive Chairman, Chen Yufu, the Vice Permanent Secretary-General, Wang Di, the Minister of Entertainment Department, Cai Xinglin, the Director of Film & Television Department also the director, Ma Xianliang and others were graciously received by the Chinese Ambassador in Ukraine, Du Wei and the Consul-General, Mr. Ding. During the negotiation, the Ambassador Du Wei expressed his approval and attention to the first joint film produced by China and Ukraine, and said the Embassy would strongly support its shooting. We believe that this film cooperation will contribute to the promotion of Sino Ukrainian cultures, and will make the traditional bilateral friendship glow with new vitality.
